四、工作业绩方面

由于本人的不懈努力，学生们取得了长足的进步，在教委和本校的组织的历次考试中，学生的成绩都名列前茅。多篇论文获市县级奖。

自从从事教师这一行，当一位好教师就是我的目标。一年来，我始终以勤勤恳恳、踏踏实实的态度来对待我的工作。现在又到年末，现对一年来的工作进行总结。

一、思想品德方面：

在一年的教育教学工作中我能认真学习国的有关教育方针，认真学习党的先进理论知识以及党的十七大会议精神，自觉践行“三个代表”精神，热爱教育事业，始终不忘人民教师职责，爱学校、爱学生。作为一名教师，我从自身严格要求自己，通过政治思想、学识水平、教育教学能力等方面的不断提高来塑造自己的行为。使自己在教育行业中不断成长，为社会培养出优秀的人才，打下坚实的基础。

二、教育教学方面：

一年来我一直担任高年级的语学科，在工作中严格要求自己，刻苦钻研业务，不断提高业务水平，不断学习新知识，探索教育教学规律，改进教育教学方法。
