合理的饮食习惯可以预防许多疾病

饮食与健康密切相关,合理的饮食习惯可以预防许多疾病。健康饮食应均衡搭配,包括谷类、蔬菜、水果、肉类、禽蛋、奶类等食物,同时注意控制油盐糖摄入。营养素是身体所需的重要成分,应保证摄入足够的蛋白质、矿物质、维生素等营养素。不良的饮食习惯可能会引发肥胖、糖尿病、高血压等疾病,严重影响健康。合理的饮食习惯与锻炼结合,可以有效促进身体健康,延缓衰老,提高生活质量。

Would you like to keep healthy like the others do? Now let me tell you something about staying healthy.

1. Food. To keep yourself healthy, you shouldn't eat something that have too much oil, calory or salt. For that can cause a lot of diseases. The right way to keep healthy is to eat more vegetables and fruits.

2. Exercise. Another way which is always be ignored is to excercise more. An average of steps a normal adult have per day is 10000 - 15000. You'll find yourself more healthy after changing the steps to 15000 - 20000 per day, and you'll get more fit easily by that.

That's my own easy methods of staying healthy. I'll be glad if you have any ideas about that and have a discussion with me!

Bad eating habits can destroy our health,lots of diseases occur because of bad eating habits. There are lots of bad eating habits in our life which we always ignore.

For example,Watching television while having meals or snacks .Doing this means you don't pay attention to your food, forget how full you are, and often eat too much.Having drinks rather than water.Fizzy drinks and fruit juice are usually high in calories and sugar, which can cause weight problems.

Water is important in making your brain cells and every organ in your body work properly.And eating in front of the computer and staying there after meals.

These are only some of them. For the sake of our health.we should conquer all ofthese bad eating habits.

不良的饮食习惯会破坏我们的健康,许多疾病的发生都是因为不良的饮食习惯。在我们的生活中有很多坏的饮食习惯,总是被我们忽视。

例如,在吃饭或吃零食的时候看电视。这样做意味着你不注意你的食物,忘记你有多饱,经常吃得太多。喝饮料而不是喝水。碳酸饮料和果汁通常含有高热量和高糖,这可能会导致体重问题。

健康还是财富?

Which is more important, health or wealth? When given this question, different people have varied answers. Some insist that health plays a more important role in our life, while others see more advantages arising from wealth.

健康和财富,哪个更重要?当这个问题被提出来的时候,不同的人有不同的答案。有些人坚持认为,在我们生活中,健康扮演者更为重要的角色,然而其他人认为健康能带给我们更多利益。

The first group of people quote the old saying "Health is above wealth" to prove their idea. They argue that, on the one hand, a strong person can do almost anything as long as he/she tries hard. On the other hand, however, rich people will not be able to enjoy the wealth if their days are numbered.

支持健康更重要的人引用了一句俗语“健康就是财富”来证明他们的观点(是正确的)。他们认为,在某一方面来说,强壮的人,只要他们肯努力,那他们几乎能做任何事情。可是,从另一方面来说,如果有钱人活着的日子屈指可数的话,那他们将没法享受健康。

In contrast, the advocates of wealth have such arguments as follows. For one thing, wealthy people will be able to buy more healthful foods. For another, they can enjoy better facilities to improve their health. Take my neighbor, Lao Wang, as an example. He had a heart attack and is in hospital. However, he cannot afford the expensive operation, which costs as much as 100,000 yuan. Therefore, he has to lie in bed hopelessly. If he were a rich man, his life could be saved.

相反地,支持财富更为重要的人就有以下的争论。首先,有钱的人能买到更有益健康的食物。其次,他们可以享受能提高健康的设备。举个例子来说,我的邻居老王,他有严重的心脏病,并且正在住院(接受治疗)。可是,他没办法负担高达100,000的手术治疗费.因此,他只能毫无希望地躺在病床上。如果他是一个有钱人,那他就能得到治疗。

As far as I am concerned, both health and wealth are important to our life. We should try to strike a balance between them and gain wealth with a healthy body.

I eat meat and vegetables for dinner. If I want to be healthier, I must exercise. So I changed my lifestyle now. Now, I often exercise once a week. I do not eat snacks or fast food any more.
