It was a sunny day. We decided to have a picnic outside the city. In the morning, we took an early bus to Nanhui. It was quite a colorful world. There were green trees, orange leaves, red peach blossoms. At noon, we reached the place, we sat by the river bank and took out a lot of things, such as bread, orange juice, apples, cakes, eggs and so on. But all of a sudden, it began to rain. Unluckily there was no shelter nearby. We had to take a bus to go back home in a hurry.

What an unforgettable picnic it was!

初中英语作文：A Picnic

Last weekend, my classmates and I organized a picnic in a nearby park. It was a sunny day with clear blue skies, perfect for outdoor activities. We were all excited as we gathered our picnic baskets and headed to the park.

We found a lovely spot under a big shady tree and spread out our blankets. Everyone brought something to share, so there was plenty of food to go around. We had sandwiches, fruit salads, chips, cookies, and refreshing drinks. It felt like a feast!

After enjoying our delicious meal, we decided to play some games. We played frisbee, soccer, and even had a friendly tug-of-war competition. It was so much fun laughing and cheering each other on.

As the day went on, we took a leisurely stroll around the park, admiring the beautiful flowers and trees. Some of us even dared to explore a little further into the woods, feeling like adventurous explorers.

As the sun started to set, we reluctantly packed up our things and headed home. Although we were tired from all the activities, we were also filled with happiness and unforgettable memories of our picnic adventure.

野餐

上个周末，我和同学们在附近的公园组织了一次野餐。那是一个阳光明媚、有着湛蓝天空的好天气，非常适合户外活动。我们都很兴奋，拿着野餐篮子，前往公园。

我们找到了一个美丽的地点，在一棵大树下铺开毯子。每个人都带了一些分享的食物，所以有很多食物可以品尝。我们有三明治、水果沙拉、薯片、饼干和清凉饮料。感觉就像是一顿盛宴！

在享用美味的食物后，我们决定玩一些游戏。我们玩了飞盘、足球，甚至还进行了友好的拔河比赛。互相欢笑、互相加油，真是太有趣了。

之后，我们悠闲地在公园里漫步，欣赏着美丽的花草树木。我们中的一些人甚至大胆地走进了树林深处，感觉自己像是冒险家一样。

随着太阳开始落山，我们依依不舍地收拾好东西，回家了。虽然因为满满的活动而感到疲惫，但我们也充满了快乐和难忘的野餐冒险回忆。
